Students Supporting Brain Tumor Research (SSBTR) is hosting the ninth annual Walk-A-Thon to benefit TGen and other nonprofit organizations based in Arizona. Please bring your family and friends and join us at the walk to help raise awareness and funds for brain tumor research.
About SSBTR: Students Supporting Brain Tumor Research (SSBTR) is a student run organization. SSBTR was founded in 2002 shortly after three students from the Paradise Valley School District died from brain tumors. When research pointed out that other than leukemia, this particular disease was the number one cancer killer of teenagers, a decision was made to do something about it and the plan for the walk began. |
